When we are teenagers we long to be 20, then when we are 20 thirty seems a long way off, then suddenly we are 50 and thinking where did all those years go and how quickly they have flown and so many people we met or knew and places we visited are now blurred and lost in the past.

At times we reach a crossroads in our life and we have a choice to make as to which way we will go. Then years later as we look back over our life the ...What If? question is in our mind or ...If only I had done that instead? but alas we cannot bring back the past for a second try. (Matthew 7: 13-29)

It is interesting to read a journal written years ago with pages full of little things now long forgotten. However just reading what we wrote one day say 20 years brings back memories of that day even to feeling the same feelings we felt at that time.

We each have a set period of time to live on this earth for some it is measured in minutes, hours or days while for others it is many years. The death of children is always difficult to take, however those who die before the age of 8 years are seen as pure in the eyes of God and automatically go back to live with Him in Heaven. After the age of 8 we need to be baptised to be washed clean of our sins and obey His commandments so that we can again live in His presence. (Matthew 6: 33)

When we die we go back to the spirit world and will be met on our arrival by our family and friends the people we knew while we lived on earth.
We will also meet previous generations from our family tree and will know them because we knew them before we came to earth when we all lived together in heaven.

Heaven is made up of three main kingdoms one the glory of the sun is where God lives, the next one is the glory of the moon and people in this kingdom will be visited by Jesus while the third kingdom is the glory of the stars. (1 Corinthians 15: 40-41)

Whichever kingdom we eventually live in we will feel completely happy and comfortable to be there because there are many mansions within each kingdom and we will be living with people who are just like us.

Entry to and from these kingdoms is one way only because of the glory of those who live in the kingdom above. So only those who live in the glory of the sun can visit those who live in the glory of the moon and only those who live in the glory of the moon can visit those who live in the glory of the stars. So if you lived in the stars you could not go from the stars to the sun or moon for a visit.
